HVAC Service Tech

  • Residential HVAC Service Technicians will need to diagnose and repair multiple different parts within different brands of furnaces and air conditioners.  Repairing would include replacing necessary parts, making proper system adjustments, and installing new equipment. 

     

    Job Duties would Include

    Troubleshooting and repairing heating and air conditioning systems

    Identifying broken parts and replacing them.

    Installing new furnaces and air conditioners into residential systems, residential new construction homes, and existing homes.

    Communicating with customers about their services and maintaining proper workmanship

     

    Job Qualifications 

    Experience in the HVAC field.

    Understanding the mechanics of furnaces and air conditioner systems. 

    Universal EPA Certification

    Ability to install new equipment in a clean and square manner

    Knowledge of refrigeration, electrical, and venting

    Knowledge of diagnosing failed equipment

    Valid North Dakota drivers license
